Deposit: 20% of the total amount at time of booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival!
The prices are incl. VAT, additional costs as well as bed linen and towels.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail. You will receive a corresponding confirmation within 24 hours. Please note that a cancellation is only valid in connection with a written confirmation.
Cancellation costs up to 60 days before arrival:
- 20% of the total amount (corresponds to deposit)
Cancellation costs for short-term cancellations < 60 days before arrival:
- 90% of the total amount
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation or interruption insurance!
If the house is booked again after a short-term cancellation with the same number of people, the cancellation costs are waived.
